Jiomart should be more vigilant

Recently I ordered a raw peeled coconut which is good for summer but I delivery boy delivered a whole coconut which I discovered only after he left as it was packed. The picture on the fruits list showed peeled and cleaned coconut. I was really very disappointed. Isn't it the officials of jiomart's duty to see before they pack the orders of customers? I have decided not to order raw coconut again on this site.

I am sorry they did this..and I suppose now there is not a way to get the one you wanted.
Yes, they should pay attention to the orders.

I am not sure if I can get a raw coconut from jiomart as I have lost reliance. I shall get them whenever I go out.

Asking for a refund did not come to my mind as I came to know that it was a coconut only after the security cleared the husk.

@DianneN They might be refunding but I didn't demand as I realized only after I peeled the coconut. I used the coconut.

@shaggin I was upset because I wanted to take raw coconut water to beat the heat which I could not get. There was very little water inside the coconut.

Yes, you can't peel a raw coconut. Only some people can. So I asked my security guard to peel it with the sickle I had.

good decision if they can't get anything right. You should call and complain. Maybe they will replace it with the right one.

Sorry about their inefficiency. Probably, it's ''purer and fresher" if it was unopened. But it's a lot of work to be peeling and cutting the husk yourself, isn't it?

I didn't peel it but the security peeled it for me. I used the soft coconut and drank the water inside it.

They do have a customer care number which I did not call as I realized quite late but I shall let them know through Facebook which is the best way.

Yes, very disappointing indeed. I like the water of raw coconut as it keeps me cool in summer.
