What food do you cook to impress …?

I’m watching Masterchef at the moment. A cookery programme where members of the public who are keen cooks battle it out over several rounds to become the champion. Some dishes they choose and others the judges ask them to cook.
Lasagne is the dish I am asked for most ….
I wonder ….what food do you cook when you want to impress others ?

The ninth season of Masterchef Indonesia is currently running on our local TV channel. I'm not a fan of the show, but when there's no better program to tune in to, I watch it sometimes. I don't think I could cook anything to impress anyone because I'm terrible at it 
If I did, I'm sure it would only shock them

I can cook if i have to but most of the time i didnt because same here, i'm not good at it

I never did it to impress others (i'm not good at it but i can cook if i have to )
