Faith Over Fear --- Psalm 118:6

While at the women's conference in Amish country, I bought the attached hat as is so fitting for me. I bought a matching t-shirt too.
They say "Faith Over Fear" Psalm 118:6
I suffer from fear, anxiety and stress which causes the over-production of cortisol (a stress hormone) that goes straight to the belly causing the most dangerous fat, belly fat.
So, now, I can be aware of Psalm 118:6 every day, even if I don't wear the hat or t-shirt every day, I can place the hat on my desk.and the t-shirt in front of my closet.

I used to have a note on my fridge that reminded me to react to facts, not feelings. And to always replace fear with faith in Jesus.
