Young girl and mature man love affair

Is it bad for a girl to fall in love with a mature man? I have a neighbor and she is 19 years old. she falls in love with a mature man his age is 45 years old. If you are the parents of this young girl. What would be your reaction?

It is OK as long as she is over 18. If she was under 18 It would be classed as child abuse.

I personally think this is not a good choice. Perhaps this mature is wealthy, however, there is still a big generation gap between them. I think sometimes it matters. They are both quite different in physical and other aspects. That means to say both of them have to give in sometimes.
