Weird death

This morning when we woke up. My mother found out one of our puppies died. So she called me and persuaded me to see the puppy's dead body. I noticed the brain is gone also the two eyeballs are gone. It looks like some creature sucks the brain and the eyeball. My suspects are a thief or an aswang. Aswang is an infamous evil creature in the Philippines. So she already buried it. My mistake was I forgot to snapshot for the record. So what do you think the reason of its death?
