When I was younger, I made myself quite a few rules. Have you ever heard of a kid making their own rules?
There is one rule that I do really need to follow.
Rule #1 Exercise before bed!
I had a superstition that the food consumed during the day would go to my stomach and lay there all night and accumulate!
Whatever I did worked! For years I weighed 94 pounds with a flat stomach!
So, I think I need to learn to do Rule #1 again!
Do you have any rules or superstitions concerning your health?

@Spontaneo No I do not think so. I eat nothing from 9PM to 9AM. Than I eat breakfast and go for a half hour walk. When it is lunch time afterwards we go for another half hour walk.

I try not to snack between meals or eat too late in the day.

That's awesome !! I bet everyone is jealous of your flat belly !!
My rule was : whatever I like, I'll learn to make : now I can draw, make my own clothes, play piano, speak 4 languages. Tho I believe I made up this rule because I couldn't afford a lot of things.
