This one is not as far of a stretch as the other one. Although I am sure it is probably unknown to a lot of people as well. Jack's Mannquin was a fairly popular band when I was in high school and this song got decent play due to it's tie in with One Tree Hill. So if you weren't a fan of them already, or a teenage girl you probably didn't hear it much lol.
Anyway the numero dos song on this list is "The Mixed Tape" by Jack's Mannequin.
It's a good song. Or at least I think so.

THAT is a good song though. Even though I can't stand Bono. AT ALL. Him and his sunglasses.
