Flashback Friday

There was a time in my life when I would spend my whole day here in mylot. Even though I was working from 7am till 12 midnight, I would still have that time to chat with tons of people who were really active. Mylot was alive back then. Too many discussions to talk about in one day.
But now, it seems impossible to spend my whole day here. It's either there's not much discussion, or not many interesting ones. It's not fun when you just start your own discussion and nobody would respond to them.
Now I just want to go to bed at 9pm and just watch Netflix till I fall asleep.

I’ve also noticed that this site doesn’t seem to be buzzing with excitement and activity as it once did. But I would hate to see it go away. I’ve met too many wonderful people all across the world here.

I don't want mylot to ever go away. It would feel like losing a home.

@toniganzon You are right about that. It would leave an empty hole in my life, and I would miss so many of the people here, including you (although I could still keep in touch with you on other social media platforms).

You would be back when mylot was also full of energy. Most of the users there were motivated in chatting. Most people just don't start a discussion. One topic could go along way and everybody interacts in one discussion.

@yoalldudes yep you did and you missed all the great mylotters back then. Too bad that when mylot stopped paying and people started becoming inactive, they also didn't come back.

Yes you are right about that, it is so different now than before.
Although I could spend more time if I had the time, there is not a lot.

Even if I have a lot of time, I couldn't spend time here in mylot because there's not a lot of people to talk to.

I doubt it. Mylot now is totally different from how it was before. And there are a lot of discussion sites that pay higher. So most of the people are there.

I spend between 3-4 hours a day on MyLot and Noise.Cash.

I am in and out most days. I cannot spend that long in one seating. It's the same in noise, and most especially in noise since I noise only from my phone and I carry my phone everywhere. So I open it only a few minutes and then I'm out. But I open it several times a day.
I don't like to mylot from my phone. Mylot isn't designed for mobile, so it's more comfortable to do it from my laptop or iPad.

@LindaOHio Good for you. I simply couldn't stay long anymore. Even though I come in several times a day. But to continuously stay in front of my computer for hours? Or even on my phone? That would give me a headache.
