So my sister brought me from France this little bag f spices with "Poutine" written on it. She said i should cook it following the instructions in the back, it's going to become a sauce.. and then pour it on fries and eat it. I never make fries at home i try to eat healthy i don't even buy oil for frying .. so i was wondering if this poutine sauce would go with pasta instead of fries ? Anyone here is familiar with Poutine ? Would you go with fries or pasta if you were in my place ? Imagine from Google.

@rakski not yet. I'll leave it for a lazy day. I'll cook while I'm in the mood for cooking.

Since my son loves fries, I would go with fries. You can bake the potatoes instead of frying it in oil. You can coast the fries with olive oil.

I think it wouldn't taste like fries, but so is pasta. I'm lost i think I'm going to try both and see which one is better.

I know they make it a lot in Canada. It isn't very popular here. Maybe one of them will answer you.

A totally unfamiliar name! I think that you would have given a try to making with Poutine by now? Have a nice Friday ahead.
