Ba-ack...

Finally back from my outing.
I went to the doctor and took two books with me. One I finished while I was out, and the other I started while I was still out.
The doctor asked all of the usual questions, and even gave me a quick COVID test, which turned out negative.
Evidently I have a viral bronchial something-or-other (I forget her exact words). She prescribed me a couple of medications, but one of them was over the counter, and my insurance wouldn't pay for it, plus I didn't have a credit card or cash with me, so I'll have to get them tomorrow. 
Before I came home I stopped at the store and got some soup and a sub sandwich.
I should go and get my mail, but as soon as I got home Angel wanted a walk, and I don't really want to go out into the ridiculous wind again.
I'll have to email my boss to let her know what's going on before I forget.

I am glad you were able to get something to help, and I hope it kicks in quickly and that you feel better very soon. Also, glad it's not Covid.

Thank you--unfortunately there was a problem getting my medication--as one of them was over the counter, and I didn't have the payment method they wanted with me. I'll have to get it tomorrow.
