You are absolutely correct. But, mango fruit does not have any leaves! It is a complete fruit, without leaves. I am sure you will like it , if you will eat the same without curds.

@nitsbubb lots of mangos in the domincan republic where I lived for 10 years , I was amzed that a lot of the fruit just rots on the ground , I guess no-one starves there

I can't tell if a mango is ripe, so I don't buy it. I sometimes eat it at the sushi restaurant. The recipe looks good, for sure.

Sounds good. I've only had mango a few times.
