Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. Sapodilla or Chikoo as famously called in India is one fruit which has many health benefits.
Sapodilla is a native fruit of Southern Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. It's called as "Chikoo" in India. The season has arrived of chikoos here and we are enjoying eating it as it is or in milkshake form or icecream too.
Chikoo has lot of health benefits like it's a storehouse of Vitamin E, A and C. It is great for skin health and has amazing moisturising properties. It helps to improve digestion. It is a perfect anti- inflammatory agent. It cures cold and cough. It is good for our bones and it acts as an antioxidant too.
I like to have it in natural form and even as a Milkshake. Do you guys like this fruit? How do you consume it? Let me know here. Have a good day!! Take care!!!

Yes I like the taste and flavor of this fruit. We call it chico here. I like it chilled in the refrigerator before eating

I've never heard of this fruit but it sounds amazing. I don't think we get it in the UK. What does it taste like?
