Lovely surprise...

I went to get the mail, and there were the usual bills and junk, but there was also a little box. I didn't recognize the address, but I did recognize the name--it was from the older brother and sister-in-law of a friend who passed away. They are missionaries in Argentina, so I was surprised to see a California address. Inside were all sorts of Argentinian goodies, and a bookmark they had had made for my friend's memorial. The note was nice, and my friend's brother said they were sorry they couldn't have come to see me while they were on furlough. I had had no idea that they had been on furlough, but I know they're busy wherever they are. I appreciated their thinking of me.
