Physical exercise

Many people are currently experiencing stress and one of the main reasons is work. A tip I can give you is to practice a physical exercise, this change in thinking will make you a much better person you can be sure.
I'm a person who didn't exercise before and had stress at work... what now is different if compare before is the fact that I currently exercise at least 3 times a week and I'm sleeping better and also much more confident at work.
Do you practice any physical exercise?

If you go for a walk at nigbt before bed you will sleep better.
If you sleep better you should be more alert the next day.
