Yesterday, 4th May was the death anniversary of my father Late Chitta Ranjan Chatterji. It is almost 11 years he has left us. He was Chief Public Prosecutor of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Calcutta. After retirement he became Adjunct Professor in National Law University Jodhpur. Beyond handling important briefs of eminent persons like Satyajit Ray Sandip Ray he was a good singer, an amateur stage actor and footballer. I was lucky to be close to the multi-faceted personality. My entire family pray for his soul to rest in peace.
