There is no need to rush

I think I need to slow down and don't rush things. I think it is not the perfect time to launch my empanada business in my store at this time. I think I need to wait for life to get back to normal and this pandemic is over. For sure there are more people in the street by that time so many can see us. Also I think my level of skill in making empanadas is just beginner. I need to practice more and perfect cooking this, perfect managing the cost and how I will price my product. For the meantime I will just post in Facebook and offer my empanada to my relatives, friends, church mates. I don't have to be very excited to try it in the store. I need to wait for the better time. I will try to give free samples, free taste test once my business is formally launch. I will still need necessary preparations if not I may get too overwhelmed by the high volume of demand of customers

If you are not ready right now to go into business due to the pandemic, I do not blame you at all. Start small at the this point and hope for the best.

They say it is a pastry. It's like a pocket pie filled with meat fillings or sweet fillings

I agree even with the title. No need to rush things, everything will fall into place when the time is right. I know one person who rushes into wedding and ended up divorce.
