Anxiety is a point that has been highly mentioned in the media in general and this happened mainly after the pandemic. A co-worker has symptoms of anxiety and this has been bothering him daily. Once a week, he has a consultation with a psychologist to relieve more of what he is feeling. We recently had 4 days off because of the weekend a state holiday and a national holiday he only rested for 2 days and the rest he worked to get things moving. Anxiety made his marriage break up and at certain times he doesn't even know what he really wants out of life. I talk to him a lot and as much as possible I give him a lot of support. Do you know anyone who suffers from anxiety?

I suffer from anxiety. It's something I am self conscious about talking. I've dealt with it all my life, even as a very young child. It's better to talk about it, I think. Your coworker is lucky to have you as a workmate.

You're doing the best thing by remaining his friend during this difficult time. That's what he really needs. I do suffer from it, but it's well managed. But, I understand how it can affect a person's daily life.

I think it's very common to be anxious but most important is how we deal with, I do become anxious but then I do find the way out too
