Election has been done for days and still can't upload my video at YouTube

Today is 14th of May (10:25pm) Manila time. It's been 5 days ago from the election date in the Philippines. I've recorded my experience in voting that will be part of my supposedly daily vlog, however, still not able to process uploading in YouTube due to filters. When will be the best time to upload this (if any)?

@luisga814 If it is not accepted then i guess you need to just move on. Maybe find another content that is acceptable to them.
