What Would You Do If Your Child or Grand Child At Two Years Old Placed An Order On Your Credit Card?

I saw on the news the other day that a two-year-old baby had gotten a whole of his mother's unlocked phone and ordered 35 hamburgers from McDonald's.
The bill came up to around $65.
The baby just ate one half of a hamburger and didn't want anymore.
Mom had to give the rest of the burgers away.
My question to you MyLoters is. If your two-year-old son/daughter or grandchild ordered something using your phone.
What would you do?
How would you react?

First, I wouldn't allow a 2 year old access to an active phone.
Second, I would eat cheeseburgers for a couple of days.
I would blame myself for allowing it to happen and I would take measures so that it would never happen again.

I would definitely have a talk with him.
I've seen worst than 65$ bill, like kids ordering PlayStations and stuff.
My cousins once called their aunt who's outside of the country from the dad's phone. The bill was big. Their excuse was we miss her so much. It's hard to be mad at them.

First of all, my phone is locked. Second, if that were to happen I would cancel the order or dispute the charge. whatever the case might be.
