ever had a Ungiectomy? / myLot

I've had this fungal infection in my thumb for years now and I've went to a couple doctors and bought medicine for it, expensive and cheap, and even home remedies but nothing seems to work. I'm thinking of just removing the nail itself but I think it may be costly. Have you had a similar issue?

It's removal of toe or fingernail...I just came across it while searching for the procedure cost.

I have a friend with a similar condition. The dermatologist did not advise having this procedure.

No, but it's really sad you've had to deal with this for so long. I hope you can get it healed up very soon.

A what? I've never heard of it. It doesn't sound very nice. No, I've never had that. Just learned on the TV that there are about 9 cases of Monkey Pox in the UK!
