Womens March a 2019with San Jose Taiko

You have heard of the Womens March and understand it’s significance. People wear lots of pink and /or dress in costumes while marching. Making noise while marching is also a big thing for marches. Here is San Jose Taiko group participating in the March. For the uninitiated, taiko is traditional Japanese drumming. They are often at the Obon and Nikkei Matsuri festivals in Japantown. More proof each city has its own cultural mark on the movement. This is in downtown San Jose.
