Everybody seems to know of a place where I can get another dog. Not long after I posted my previous post, there was a knock at the door.
This was stuck on the wall by my door.
I know where this place is, but I would have to take the bus to get there, and if I were to get a dog, would it want to go on the bus?
On my afternoon walk to get the mail today, I ran into the young man who lives behind me with his dog. He asked where Angel was, so I guess I hadn't had the chance to tell him--then I did. He then started naming off places where I could go look at dogs. 
I think that I will probably wind up going to Pet Food Express, the store across the street where my Mom and I got Angel. It would certainly be the most convenient. If I don't find a dog that touches my heart the first time, I'll just go again the next month.

I think people's hearts are in the right place, but that's something you need to do when you're ready.
