It's a pink plastic curved pipe; you drop a ball into it, the ball comes shooting up out of the other end, you catch it in the pipe (again and again, as many times as you can)
Its slogan is something like 'Stay in the Loop!'

Probably be better to say it's a stress reliever ... I can guess it won't be 6 months before a kid would lose the ball if you're not careful! (making it necessary to get lots of these)
