My today's walking exercise.
I have an excellent walking exercise today. I completed 10.47 kilometers with 14,945 steps and with 519.14 calories burned.
These were my morning and afternoon walk record combined as recorded in my health app.
How's your walking guys?

Yesterday I walked 1,686 steps. I will find out the results of the ultrasounds of my knees on Friday. There is a possibility that many steps may be too much.

Just do it a few strides not to do it to the extreme for you are still in the period of recovering your knees.

@Chellezhere That's the proper precaution indeed to facilitate healing process.

I walk to Church on a Sunday, I walk to the little Tesco on Tuesday, I walk round the big Tesco on Wednesday
and I walk to town and back on a Friday. But I don't count steps and I don't count how far I've walked, nor do I count how many calories I've burned!

Why you have to count your steps? It's not necessary besides you don't have a health app just like me that monitors my steps, my calories and kilometers I completed.

@sharonelton It's not the point of walking besides you don't have a health app to record your steps. The point is that you're doing walking exercise to energize or invigorate your body.

@Nakitakona I don't have to count my steps! That's why I don't do it!

Very nice! I used to have a step counter, but the band was made of silicone and broke too easily. I bought another one, but haven't been able to get a different band, which I want to do before I use it.

@Nakitakona A watch band, yes. The device told the time, how many steps I'd walked, and how many miles, plus my heart rate.

@xstitcher I think my youngest son has it. It's a smart digital watch.

That's good. 1 mile is about 1.609 kilometers. For 1 mile, the steps are about 2,000. Since you walked, 1.609 kilometers, it's about 2,243 steps you made.

That's alright. It's not a competition. The important thing is that you did a walkkng exercise.
