Zumba at public plaza
Tonight at 8pm (Philippine time) the video I have taken of Zumba at our public plaza is its premier.
Lots of ladies are enjoying the aerobic exercise with a lively music and an energetic dance instructor on the stage.
They are all residents of our small city.
I have been joining Zumba for three times every early in the morning before the pandemic at the Boulevard.

I've never done Zumba, but I used to have a neighbor who taught it.

Yes. I agree that we need to do some exercises such as Zumba. But we need to double check also the issue of social distancing to avoid ballooning the COVID-19.
