We've been notified by our supervisor that according to the management, they're going to be strict in adhering the breaks and lunch. We should follow the scheduled lunch and breaks. If now and not following that for two consecutive days, were going to report on site. I don't know how it feels with this.

Why the management came for this decision is a thing to ponder about by the staff.

I don't know the real reason. However, there's some comments from my colleagues that they're doing this in order if some of us can't follow, we can go back to site. And once on the site still can't follow, removal from the work follows.

@luisga814 If the management is thinking about sacking staffs on such pretext, then I guess time came for the employees to look for other workplaces

Some must be taking too long breaks and lunch.

Not that. For example your scheduled lunch is 10:00pm. Some advisors will do their lunch at 10:20pm or 10:30pm because of long chats.

Discipline is necessary for the office to function properly. Hope the supervisor is not over strict.

The problem is sometimes, we've received customer's chat about 6 minutes before lunch or break. Normally, we interact with our customers for about 6-10 minutes.
