Pls. help me out, what can cure my underarm sweating and odour

I like to discuss my problem with people in here, I do sweat excessively and the odour always bad. Its always embarrassing, please what can I do to stop the underarm sweating and odour.
Please help me out!

If your sweating is excessive and severe, you can consult your physician and ask them to look into whether or not you suffer from hyperhidrosis. From there, they can recommend you to a dermatologist, or even recommend you a better treatment, and possibly surgery to fix it permanently.

actually, it can be cured, and it is a real disorder called hyperhidrosis. Hyperhidrosis can cause excessive sweating to hands, feet, armpits, and even cause a person to have excessive blushing in the face. Many of the treatments they use in the beginning are band-aid fixes and the person with severe cases will and can have surgery to fix it.

Prettychic. What you have is hyperhidrosis. What you require is a sympathectomy. I had a sypathectomy performed for excessive hand and armpit sweating. My arm pits no longer sweat.
Sympathectomies are covered by a lot of insurance plans. Your condition, if for armpits, may require a sympathectomy, or denervation, of the t3 nerve.
As far as I'm concrened, after having that nerve cut, I no longer have any excessive sweating in my armpits.
