Rain is playing truant in my city. A big cloud came up just now but alas still no rains. The thunder still growls. Hope it rains. The heat is becoming unbearable. Doing household work is becoming a tiresome with profuse perspiration. I don't feel like logging on to my laptop. I keep praying God to bring down the showers soon.

It's raining outside as I write this post and the cold breeze is coming from the window. I have switched off the fan. The day was bright and sunny but pleasant. We are getting rain daily. I wish I could send some clouds to your side. I know it's terribly hot that side.

@aninditasen Bangalore due to its unique geographic location gets rain throughout the year. And we have unexpected showers. So the advice is always have an umbrella..the bright sunny day can turn into downpour in a blink

I heard from my physiotherapist how hot it has been this year in India.
She was back home in April, after living in Canada for the last 4 years. She said she was so relieved to get back to Canada!
We Canadians often feel a little envious of warm climates when the snow is piling up at our doors and the temperature drops into the double digits on the minus side.
Seems, though, that these temperatures are extreme, even for a country where large areas are famous for a tropical climate .

I've just learned a new word.
Is there any wind at least? We had a hailstorm the other day. Hopefully you'll get some nice rain soon. I know the feeling, I'd constantly feel tired.
