Brother came by...

Knocked on the door and asked me why I never answered my phone. 
I never heard it ring.
Anyway he brought some things over that I had put aside that I wanted to keep (or maybe try to sell) the last time I was over at the house.
He also told me that our house may have a renter by July. 
I haven't been part of it--the house "re-do"--but it seems fast to me. Probably not so much to my brother, who's done 98% of the work himself (he didn't paint the outside of the house or put in new windows).
So this week I'll be going through the boxes and taking photos of things to sell and trying to find places for other things. I have the majority of the Christmas things in my bedroom closet--I'm hoping I can fit some more in there. 
So, That's what's gone on this afternoon with me.

Selling some things? What are those items? Are you not giving away some of those Christmas items to free your closet?
