The first public J6 Hearing starts tomorrow at 8 p.m. EDT. I'm trying to keep my expectations in check and not get too excited. I'm being greatly helped in that endeavor by my Positivity Coach, Joy Cheerful-Willingness. Joy came to me this morning and said, "Sir, I know you have high hopes about Thursday night and that's great. But, keep in mind, Sir, that the Democrats have been handed a solid gold fool-proof victory on a silver platter because we all saw the crimes being committed on live TV. What that means, Sir, is that the Dems are likely to lose. Bigly, Sir." I decided to get a second opinion, so I called my Bookie, Shifty, The Norwegian. He didn't have much to say. He only gave me a very terse, "Bet on the Republicans," before hanging up. I have carefully weighed all those varied points of view and I am now what you might call cautiously optimistic. Call me crazy if you want, but I still think longshots sometimes come in. Additionally, there are two blood-thirsty Republicans on the Committee. And the entire Committee was in grave danger on J6 and they remember it very well.
