Firefighters in Scott Louisiana save a family of four from a house fire

Thanks to the concern of a neighbor who lives in an apartment in Scott Louisiana who has a smoke alarm that alerted her that her neighbor was in danger of passing away due to a fire coming from the home of the fire victim. The concerned neighbor smoke alarm woke her up around 11:30pm on Wednesday evening. Even though he did not know where the smoke coming from that covered her apartment. She did call 911 to report the incident to the authorities. The Scott Fire Department answered the emergency call as soon as possible when they found out that the house that was on fire who was the neighbor of the woman who made the emergency call did not have a smoke alarm inside of her home. The firefighters entered the home of the apartment that was on fire and discovered that a family of four were asleep. The firefighters were able to get them out of the apartment safely. The cause of the fire was that a pot that was not attended in the kitchen when team members of the firefighters went to check out the source of the fire. Officials of the Scott Fire Department mentioned that thanks to the actions of the concerned neighbor of reporting the incident that her neighbor's apartment was on fire, four family members are safe and sound. Good neighbors do watch each other's backs.
