Two days ago, we were approached by a security company I'd only vaguely heard of. After doing a bit of research and talking to them, as well as my husband, we got our system bought and installed on the first day. We ran into delays, as well as surprises, and they have been with us every step of the way. Answering questions, helping me trouble shoot problems, and explaining things.
So far we're happy with the level of service.
