Morning drizzle. It gets cool and my garden wet.

It drizzled long since morning. The temperature has come down to 25 degrees and it feels cooler. View of my wet garden from my bedroom window. The leaves of my plants and trees have got washed and look clean without dust. I love such green gardens. Hope we get a normal monsoon and the Indian farmers harvest a good crop. Of course the condition of Assam is disheartening. I pray God the flood water recedes soon and life becomes normal. Enjoying the rain after the terrible heat.

Although we enjoy sunny weather, we need rain to clear the air, water wild plants and cool down the temperature.

@aninditasen Unplanned and illegal construction is responsible for floods.

Yes, our people and country should learn to manage rain water and harvest it. So that we can use it during the summer after proper treatment. That will also lessen disaster.

@anil02 That's for sure. Our governments in different states keeps quiet when such illegal structures come up and then it becomes difficult to demolish them. I am suffering from such illegal constructions. They are discharging all their sewerage water towards my house. I had to file a case and get a drain constructed near my house for the sewerage and rain water to drain out. The construction is still underway.
