I don't know why but I really want to cook a lamb dish.
Has anyone on here ever cooked lamb before?
I have looked up recipes and stored them in my file box but I have yet to actually get lamb.
I've found that it's just really expensive in an already expensive world. I find that I have to get the basics before I get the exotic.
I like to experiment though so I would love it if the basic groceries would go back down to a reasonable price so I can experiment some more.
Have you made lamb?
Do you like it?

I have ..I have roasted a lamb roast and made lamb chops.
The only kind I like is the New Zealand lamb and that I got when I was living in England.
There was no special way to cook it, just cooked it the same as I would any meat.
So tasty and tender though..delicious.
Usually with a lamb roast in England at least, they serve it with mint sauce.

I’ve eaten lamb dishes, but have never cooked lamb before. I hope you get the opportunity to try it soon. Maybe one of the members here can give you some great advice on cooking lamb.

I hope so. It's something I've been wanting to do for a while but it's just so expensive
