Food Delivery (ATCAA) Mess Up

Sonora, California
June 22, 2022 3:17pm CST
Yesterday was the third Tuesday, so ATCAA was supposed to be there at ten, everyone got everything set up, only to find out loads of food got dumped, the drivers of the trucks took the most windy way possible, and dumped two of the three truck loads, apparently they weren’t secured right, sadly some of the food was ruined, but most of it was salvageable. Nancy was not amused and neither were we, I left early to get the room cooled off, the good news was we did eventually give a good portion of the food out, and we got to leave early. I was also able to talk with Nancy and I’ll be setting up a compassion closet as well, with Hygiene and sanitary products, as well as diapers of all sizes.

I'm sorry that some of the food was lost but glad that a good portion was able to be used.

That's a waste of foods. It's good some of them are recovered.
