Managing loopy people around you

Has any loopy person fallen for you and kept pestering you though you had no feelings for him? I have been the victim of such a situation since the age of 16. At 16 men boys and men elder to me ran after me and I had to at times be harsh and rude when just avoiding them did not work. Once I crossed mid twenties both men younger and older to me tried to be loopy. I don't know if they were really in love with me or just attracted to my physical attributes.
I tactfully had to block such a man from my LinkedIn connection for he kept disturbing me in Google hangout whenever I checked my mails or kept my Gmail active doing some content writing work. He also stole one of my Facebook photos, wrote romantic poetries on me and got an award. He proudly admitted it to me through Google hangout. Anyway he is out of my life now. I still have many such loopy men whom I am still handling. How would you handle such a situation? How would you keep them at bay?

Oh! I'm sorry to hear about loopy men in your end. I hope you can handle that situation. Although you've tried blocking them, but I suggest, you need to report that to Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

@Nakitakona It's easy forgetting them but not ignoring them for I said they are not ready to take a no, and keep pestering.

Sorry about that. It is kind of irritating when you`re so attractive. Good thing I am not as attractive as you are and I have peace of mind about that. 
I have admirers but after I tell them that I don`t like them. They stop it and respect my being honest to them

In India it's very risky as some men try to be crazy and do something drastic when you are blunt and rude to them and all the blame will come on me. So I too have to be tactful.

@m_audrey6788 I have to a person who is strolling me in Facebook but he doesn't understand. So I give short crisp replies when he chats on messenger.

@RebeccasFarm Yes I had such a mad man much younger to me who said he was madly in love with me. He just got infatuated by seeing my photos on Facebook. Won't you call such men crazy and loopy?

I am still having these experiences at 60 with men younger to me falling in love with me. Aren't these men crazy? I think so. Thank God they haven't come home physically but are looping online.

No, I don't have peace even at 60. Crazy men younger than me are after me whom I have to tactfully keep at bay for these men may do something drastic that I would not like.
