i have been 'on-line' since 1993 i prefer the phone as it is more personal you prefer to stay hidden behind email

I would prefer phone anytime, but i enjoy useing email, but you cant get the same emotions out of an email!

I love email too. And especially when communicating with my boss. It is so much easier than talking to them face to face.

Yes, i too love e-mail a lot. It is quick, reliable and a huge time saver.
