Who would've thought that a Vegetarian meal could be so satisfying

Even though I love to cook having meat,poultry or fish in my diet, there are days when you just don't have the time or energy to spend hours in the kitchen. I am a big fan of cooking my own meal at home however this imply that you must prepare something "from scratch" each night of the week.So i decided to try and make a vegetarian meal instead that is well balanced, flavorful,and packed with health-promoting nutrients.I was done by 10 minutes top with this dish and it was deliciously fulfilling,healthy and overall tasty as well.I'm glad i made this vegetarian meal after all.

Maybe, you can try a salad from Indonesia. We called it gado-gado, it contains vegetables (You can use any vegetables), boiled egg, fried tofu, and boiled potato. Usually, I use spinach, beansprout, and green beans. What makes this salad delicious is the dressing. We use sweet, spicy, and salty flavoured peanut sauce as the dressing. You can look for the recipe on youtube if you want to try.
