It is time for another diet lunch.

I have a piece of meat (with no fat at all), carrots and rice. Maybe I should cook another diet soup for me. I wonder if I should add tender green beans and a new potato. I am not used to having tummy problems and I usually eat just about every thing. What are the ingredients you add to a soup when you have stomach problems?

Chicken soup is great for tummy problems. Chicken, chopped onion (just a bit), chopped or sliced carrots (to your liking), noodles, mushrooms (if you like them) and chicken broth.

I had chicken soup yesterday. Today I discovered some red meat very lean and I made a soup with it.

I suppose Bottle Gourd and Carrots can help. And keeping the soup mild and not spicy. So how is your condition now? Feeling better?

Depends what kind of soup I am making. Nothing from a can, I would add potatoes and fresh vegetables.
