Afghani paneer for lunch

I didn't have any tomatoes today which is usually added to paneer curry. So I decided to prepare the Afghani paneer for which cashew, curd cream, mint, garlic, ginger and onion paste is used and the process is a bit elaborate. The paneer needs to be marinated at two stages. First with garlic and ginger paste and some lime juice. And the second stage is marinating it with the paste I mentioned earlier and then fry the paneer. The changes I made is sauted the onions with little butter before making it into a paste as I don't like the odour of raw onion paste.
The dish went well with rice and dal and some raita.

Your meal looks good. I don`t eat lunch but will have beef kare kare for dinner
