After my night work shift as a customer service representative of an online shopping site for fashion dress and shoes at 5:01am of 7th of July. As of the moment, it's already 5:35am of Thursday Philippines time.
While browsing on my Facebook account, I've seen this picture. It catches my attention. I need some answers for this. I do understand that this is somewhat related to Psychology, anyone there can explain in plain English about this?
I've posted here because two my colleagues discussed while at work about anxiety. This is similar to anxious.
Good morning / good afternoon / good evening / good night

Yes. That's a wise man saying. I'm not sure, but I've seen him on TV with this man but I've forgot who he is?

Basically, it's talking about the differences between depression, anxiety and the happy middle. Depression can develop at any time. However, it usually begins because a past trauma or series of them. Anxiety, is an implied fear of the unknown, and trying to micromanage life. It's healthy for a person to feel both depression and anxiety in varying degrees. As long as it doesn't become debilitating. Being at peace, suggests a person has found a happy medium in both the past and future. And, is content in the now.

@kaylachan Honestly, I've understand those words. Depression, anxious and peace as well as past future and present. But their connection to each other is bit conflicted.

What it's saying is that you may be depressed by thinking about the things in the past that you've done or have happened to you and anxious about thinking what may happen in the future. To be at peace you need to only think about the present and not worry about the past or future.

Living in the present is not a guarantee of PEACE.
Because life is constant dynamic uncertainty.

There's always war in the present that's why there's no guarantee of PEACE.
