Well, That’s Not Okay.

You gotta love people who feel the need to break into others’ property and take what isn’t theirs. And that’s sarcasm. Those people are jerks. So, several vehicles in the neighborhood were broken into either overnight or this morning, including my brother-in-law’s van. How dandy! They only took his fishing backpack; kept the backpack but not the fishing gear (which we got back). Wow. I mean, I’m glad they didn’t keep his gear, but that was still HIS backpack, not theirs. The window on the front is broken, so that’s covered right now and will be repaired on Friday. It’ll cost $50, which could be worse, but that $50 they have to spend because some jerks couldn’t keep off other people’s property. I cannot stand that crap. It’s not yours, don’t touch it, plain and simple. I hope they catch whoever did it, because they were hitting multiple vehicles. And that’s not okay. This is why I sort of got a later start on my work (well, that and walking to the store with my nieces), and why I said (in my previous post) I was in a good mood despite the next (this) post. That sucks! IT's been happening out here too. We used to not lock out vehicles and now we have to. Although most people avoid our yard because of the dogs.

We could never do that because we live in the city, but it's a shame people cannot keep their hands off others' people stuff. :( We park on the street, and someone hit multiple cars up the block. :-/ But the window is fixed and my brother-in-law is getting a small check for his stolen backpack, just enough to get a new one.

I am glad he got his gear back but isn't that rather odd that they would keep the backpack but not the gear? Any way I hope the police can stop this crime spree,

I felt it was odd too. But I'm glad they left his gear. And yep, I wish they would. The police officer legit asked my sister "What would you do to stop crime in Baltimore?" I'm a little baffled by it but whatever.
