Criticism for Pizza Hut's latest version of "The Edge"

Pizza Hut says, "The Edge® is back for a limited time with its light, Thin-N-Crispy crust and incredible flavor packed all the way to the edge, this is a pizza where you could eat the entire thing without noticing. Enjoy specialty recipes loaded to the edge with your favorite toppings. Choose from The Ultimate, The Carnivore, The Pepperoni Lover’s®, or create your own!"
And it tastes fine, but there's one thing I don't like about the latest version: the way they slice it.
I think when they first introduced The Edge, all the 'pieces' were cut from the center to 'the edge' of the pizza; now (as you can probably see), the pie is cut 'in squares.'
My first problem with that---it makes 'portions' difficult (I take 4 pieces: am I getting those BIG square center pieces or those tiny crusty corner wedges?)
Oh, the squares were good for The Detroit-style Pizza---which was cooked on a 'square' (or 'rectangular'
) pan! If you're cooking in a pie-pan, you cut the pie into 'pie-slices!' Yeah?
What do you think?

So if we're sharing, you don't mind if my 8 pieces are mostly big middle pieces while almost all yours are corner-edge pieces?

@mythociate No, I don’t mind. Anyway, I like the edges of the pizza especially if they are crunchy.
