Yesterday (Thursday) was my vacation leave. Supposedly, the purpose of my leave was going to the Social Security System main office to check something but I didn't go through because of short budget for transportation fare. So, I decided not to go for it. After playing bass guitar and a piano yesterday, I feel sleep at around 4pm. And woke up at around 7:30pm and ate my dinner. And feel asleep again at 8:30pm. I just woke up at 5:15am (Friday morning). Long sleeping hours I presume. As of now, it's already 11:06am. I need to go to sleep because I have a night work shift later at 8pm as a customer service representative of an online shopping site for fashion dress and shoes. I haven't eaten my lunch yet, although I've eaten my breakfast and some snacks. I've already taken a bath. A while ago, I just gone out to buy some coconut shred that will be needing for a lunch today in which what lunch will be for this as my wife only instructed me to buy it.

@luisga814 Then that is the reason you are sleepy during the day.

@Kandae11 Yes. That's for sure. I'm going to have my lunch first before sleep.

Is it wirth it that you work at nights? Does your health not suffer for doing that? I heard that a lot of night shift workers are having issues with their health because of that.

@luisga814 I once read that our bodies are designed to sleep at night and be awake in the morning, and that when we do the opposite, our natural body rhythms are altered. As a result, some people experience health problems because their bodies are unable to rest properly because they must get up for lunch and are unable to avoid being awake during the day, which supposed to be your sleeping time.

I read the older we grow as adults the less sleep we have. I missed childhood.
