I Finally Started Packing For Ocean City.

Okay, this is the post I actually wanted to make, but somehow, it ended up about my dogs lol. And no, the picture is not of all my luggage. It's from Pixabay lol. My younger sister dropped off her luggage set today, as she's letting me borrow it for my trip to Ocean City, Maryland. I have a checklist of everything I need to pack (on Cozi.com), so I decided to get a head start on packing after I was finished with my previous writing order. So far, I only packed up my actual outfits for the four days I'll be at OC. I almost packed Tuesday's outfit, but I'm wearing that outfit on the way to the ocean, so I didn't pack that one. I don't really feel like unpacking it Tuesday morning lol. I still have other things to pack, and I'll pack them throughout the weekend. The set has a suitcase and duffle bag, so I'm going to pack my outfits in the suitcase and extras (i.e., lightweight hoodie), toiletries, etc. in the duffle bag. I'll also pack a smaller bag of the things I want in the front seat with me because it's a 3-hour drive, and my suitcase and duffle bag are going in the trunk. I'm talking road snacks, my neck pillow, etc. On Cozi, you can cross off items, but they still remain on your list until you delete them. Once I finish packing, I'm going to fix it so the items aren't crossed off anymore (yes, that's a feature), so that I can check them off again when I pack up to come home. This way, I know I won't forget anything. Anyway, I'm glad to have gotten a head start on my packing. I'll start packing the duffle bag over the weekend, and I'll finish packing the suitcase on Monday (there are some things I'm not ready to pack yet). It's been a while since I've taken a trip anywhere, so despite my guilt over leaving Doodles (see my previous post), I'm still looking forward to the trip. Alrighty, it's time to get back to my writing orders, especially while it's quiet. I do want to make a few more posts, but I need to focus on my work now.
