As I'm browsing something on the internet I've found this one about Mike Tyson collapsed after heavy workout. I do understand that a boxer like him should do the workout in order to remain their good body condition. However, as an athlete, you need to control if you still need to do it heavily. Specifically in his age and no incoming boxing match, there's no need to do a heavy workout that will suffers his lungs. I've read an article before about heavy workout will kill your lungs also. How about you, how do you workout to flex your body in good condition? Related article:

Yes. I think so, with his age, he should not overdo the workout.

I am unable to exercise. I think Mike Tyson should take it easier.
