I had quite a number of fully ripe guavas that I couldn't finish up within a day. So I kept one to take after lunch and made a cake of the rest. I made a guava paste mixed milk cream and sugar and added equal amount of white flour and semolina seived with baking powder to the paste. To the cake batter I added some cashews and raisins and topped it with some sweetened pineapple cubes.
I tasted the cake after it was baked and found it a less sweet. Anyway the sweetness can be managed.
I could make this cake as I had very little to cook for lunch.

This is the first time I've heard about this kind of cake. It seems delicious but I'm not sure if I can take that.

If you take pancakes made from flour and fruits, I think you can take it.
