Before I go any further, I will say this is a male same sex book. Just a warning though I will not mention anything too detailed, the book is. Inked Temptation is [art of the Fort Collin Montgomery's and is too cute...kind of heart breaking as well. Archer Montgomery is now divorced after a horrendous marriage. The guy put him down more often than not and for an out going personality like Archer, it really hurt his confidence. Killian has sentenced himself to solitude for crimes he had committed. See he lost his wife and daughter in a horrible accident on the ice about three years ago if I remember right. It was a horrible accident but he blames himself, so he stays up in the woods building from the ground up the house that was meant for them as a family. The house next door to Killian is being sold but before the elderly couple put it on the market they want to update it a bit. It just so happens that the family business gave this house to Archer to baby along. Fate stepped in for both of them when Archer falls off the roof and Killian catches him. That single fall lead to a light in both of their lives, leading them to exactly where they need to be. It's a cute story and when Killian talks of his family, it breaks your heart. These two just fit together even though at first they seem so opposite. They want to make each other better and as they find their way they both make mistakes but they find a way to make it work. The story could be used as inspiration. If you haven't read the rest of the Montgomery's that's fine. You don't need to, it can most definitely be read as a stand alone. I would however, recommend the series because the stories are just heartfelt and cute. *picture from google
