Just mylotting, answering some discussions and then I see this picture ad on top of a discussion. It is a man's ear, getting tons of ear wax taken out. 
That was how big the was was, I covered it. 
it wasn't even related to the discussion I was about to answer.
Anyway, definitely Not clicking that ad.
