Peppie's saddest day / myLot

We lost our mother cat with her 4 babies and that was the last we had in our household leaving Peppie alone. But Peppie has stayed and this is his fourth year here. I sometimes wonder whether cats prefer being alone since when we had many cats they left one by one. Hope Peppie stays for a long long time.

Claudia´s cats go and come back. They know that at Claudia´s there is always food. Any time of the day. Her 3 cats have had surgery

I have no explanation why they go because our household is the one that does the most for cats. Probably they go for a stroll and some dog chases them. I really do not know. Only I know the trouble we took feed to them for example during the pandemic. I do not blame you because you are not aware of the trouble we take to see they are comfortable - a nice place to sleep, toys, food, et al and lots of love.
